This Completely Closed Circuit Procedure is never touched by the surgeon or exposed to air and ensures safety from infection and predictable results. This harvest of Highly Condensed Quality Fat Tissues allows successful fat transfer and isolation of millions of stem cells and products. All of the Proceedure is only in an isolate Fat Processing Unit syringe for all steps without any possibility of outside contamination. All of the tumescent infiltration , liposuction, centrifugation, harvest and injection of condensed fat tissues takes place in theFat Processing Unit. This allows allows survival of the young healthy adipocytes – The SVCs which survive better than the old large adipocytes. The Fat Processing Unit has a special filter to remove free oils, destroyed large adipocytes and impurities to only harvest the healthy cells and millions of stem cells and precursor cells. These stem cells secrete factors to promote blood vessel growth for the grafted fat to give a much better survival that without the stem cells.
When combined with stem cells, the product is enriched Fat Grafting based not only on volume survival but the donor generated stem cells provide a greater recipient-ingrowth of the fat. This Enriched/Condensed technique produces up to 80% survival with Stem Cell in-growth and eliminates the older high absorption of the older techniques. Many of these other fat transfer techniques utilize centrifuges that are not able to be adjusted to a safe level and can destroy the majority of fat and stem cells, the Lipokit has a variable speed control and the ideal setting for the best fat survival have been determined.
